Supplier diversity has made leaps in recent years, making us wonder what it will look like in the future. To improve supplier diversity for future generations, we must ask ourselves what we should improve today. What are the questions we need to ask? What changes should we be making? How do we prepare our organizations for a more diverse world?

In this episode, we describe what we think will happen to supplier diversity in the future and what we hope will happen. We share why supplier diversity won’t make that much of a headline in the future. We discuss the slower momentum after the George Floyd protests. We also explain the problems we have to look into today, especially regarding databases and existing programs within our organizations.

"If we're going to make a difference in this for a lot of different people, we have to think differently than the way we were doing it." - Adam Moore
